It is therefore genuinely unfortunate if, in any case, we have not succeeded. In such situations, we aim to look at a fair and transparent solution, within the framework of the policy outlined below.
This return policy applies to all purchases made through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to this return policy.
Hygiene and nature of the products
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to: lingerie, erotic products, accessories that come into direct contact with the body, and products whose seal has been broken. These products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Inspection upon receipt
We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Conditions for return (where applicable)
If a product is eligible for return, the following conditions strictly apply:
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The product is in its original condition
- All labels, protective strips, and seals are intact
- The product is returned in its original packaging
Products showing signs of use, that are incomplete, or that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Return period and procedure
An approved return request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After correct and complete receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Refusal of returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns if this return policy is not complied with. This also applies in cases of suspected use, damage, or incomplete products.
